Persepolis is scheduled to face the Saudi Arabian team in Riyadh’s King Fahad International Stadium on Tuesday.

Persepolis topped Group A with six points and a win can cement its place as favorite to advance to next stage.

“We have played four away games and we are exhausted; however we are going to win the match. Al-Nassr is a strong team and our players must concentrate on their performances," he stated.

“We are not allowed to make mistake against Al-Nassr. I think we can defeat them in front of their fans,” Derakhshan said in the pre-match news conference."

“Gabriel and Babak Hatami will miss the match due to injury but I believe in my players,” Derakhshan added.
