Aleksandar Ciric to Be Named as Iran Water Polo Coach

TEHRAN (Tasnim) - Recently retired Aleksandar Ciric will travel to Tehran on August 17 to finalize his contract with Iran swimming federation.

The Iranian federation negotiated with Ciric in Late May during the FINA trophy in Tehran.

Ciric is a Serbian water polo player, who played for two Olympic bronze medal squads, one for FR Yugoslavia at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sidney, the other for Serbia at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing.

He also won a silver medal with Serbia and Montenegro at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens.
