The 26-year-old has joined Sepahan on a one-year contract for an undisclosed fee.
Hajsafi joined FSV Frankfurt in the German 2 on August 30, 2015, but after FSV was relegated to the 3. Liga, the club announced that it had annulled the contract of the Iranian player.
Hajsafi started his playing career with Sepahan in 2006. He played 204 matches for the Isfahan-based club and scored 28 goals in nine years.
The left back is also a member of Iran national team and has played 77 times scoring six goals for Team Melli.
