Iran Sea Expo 2016 to Kick Off in Tehran Saturday

TEHRAN (Tasnim) – The 4th edition of the International Maritime Exhibition of Iran, known as Iran Sea Expo 2016, will get underway in Tehran on Saturday, September 24.

The event, due to last until September 26, will bring together hundreds of local and foreign exhibitors.

Companies from Italy, Germany, Japan, France, Britain, South Korea, Oman, Kazakhstan and China are going to display their latest products in the show.

The exhibition will encompass services and equipment in a wide range of fields, including shipping industry, marine construction, hydrography and mapping, offshore oil and gas equipment, ship construction and repair services, maritime law, and fishery industry.

Iranian Parliament Speaker Ali Larijani, Minister of Road and Urban Development Abbas Akhoundi, as well as Trade and Industry Minister Mohammad Reza Nematzadeh are expected to attend the opening of the exhibition.
