Iranian Boxer Wins Bronze at Asian Juniors
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Hossein Hajagha Barari seized a bronze medal at the ASBC Juniors Boxing Championships 2017 in Puerto Princesa, Philippines on Sunday.
The competition, which will finish on August 8, has brought 142 boxers from 18 countries together.
Hajagha Barari lost to a boxer from Uzbekistan in the 54kg weight class and won the bronze medal.
The Iranian delegation took part in the competition with seven participants.
The team is headed by Gholamreza Karimi.
