Iran’s Naft va Gaz Comes 7th at Asian Handball League
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iranian club Naft va Gaz finished in seventh place of the 20th Asian Handball Clubs League Championship.
Naft va Gaz defeated Uzbekistan’s Rkor 34-30 in the 7th-8th place.
Al Najma of Bahrain made history when it won the competition by defeating Al Duhail of Qatar 21-16 in the final.
Al Najma qualified for the World Handball Clubs League Championship to be held in Doha next year.
The competition was held at Kotla Vijayabhaskar Reddy Indoor Stadium, in Hyderabad, India from November 20 to 30.
