The Tabriz-based football club has split up with Belgian coach George Leekens after it failed to book a place in the 2020 AFC Champions League.
Tractor Sazi captain Ashkan Dejagah, who has already played in Hertha BSC and VfL Wolfsburg, can help Nouri in Tractor Sazi football team since the 39-year-old coach is not fluent in Persian.
Nouri has been jobless since November 26, 2018 after parting ways with second division FC Ingolstadt.
Nouri coached Werder Bremen in 2016-17 season in Bundesliga.
