3 People Arrested, 7 Injured after Car Rams into Crowd in London
TEHRAN (Tasnim) - Three people have been arrested for an attempted murder after a car plowed into pedestrians late night on Saturday in south-west London, leaving seven injured, local police said.
The incident took place in the Battersea district of London around 11:15 p.m. local time (2215 GMT).
"One male suffered a broken leg. 6 people with minor injuries," Wandsworth Borough Police tweeted, Xinhua news agency reported.
Police also said another four people were detained for "affray" close to the crash scene.
The incident is not being treated as terrorism related, the BBC reported.
