Amir Ebrahimzadeh scored five goals in this match. Fardin Bahri, Mohammad Reza Kooshki, Yadegar Rostami and Iman Danesh scored two goal each.
Earlier in the day, Palestine drew 2-2 with Afghanistan.
Iran will meet Palestine and Afghanistan on Friday and Sunday, respectively.
All the 47 AFC member Associations are taking part in the competition and divided into 11 Groups. In each group, various teams will play each other once at a centralized venue. The eleven group winners and four best runners-up will qualify for the final tournament.
The final round will be held in Bahrain next year.
