Syrian President Visits Army Troops in Idlib Front Line (+Photos)
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Syrian President Bashar al-Assad met with army soldiers in the country's largest militant bastion in Idlib province Tuesday.
He met with the Syrian soldiers on the front line in the town of Habit in Idlib countryside, said a state TV report with no further details.
This is the Syrian president's first declared trip to Idlib, which is the last major militant stronghold in the country, in years.
