Mojtaba Goleij defeated Shamil Alievitch Musaev from Russia 8-2 in the 97kg final match and won the gold.
The bronze medals went to Danylo Stasiuk from Ukraine and Belarussian Dzianis Khramiankou.
In the 57kg bronze medal match, Alireza Sarlak defeated Mongolian Zanabazar Zandanbud 7-4.
The gold medal went to Cuban Reineri Ortega who defeated Adlan Askarov from Kazakhstan.
The competitions are being held in Budapest, Hungary from October 28 to November 3.
