Iran to Participate at 2019 Goalball Asia/Pacific C’ships
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran will participate at the 2019 IBSA Goalball Asia/Pacific Championships.
The competition will be held in Chiba, Japan from December 2 to 11 with eight men's and six women's teams set to compete.
“We are going to win the title because the champion will book a place at the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games,” Iran coach Mehdi Nabati said.
“We have a difficult task ahead because the other teams have participated in several tournaments but we could not arrange the warm up matches,” he added.
