Iran Basketball Team to Play Three Friendlies
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran National Basketball Team will play three friendly matches with Iranian clubs, head coach Mehran Shahintab said.
The matches will be held as part of preparation for the FIBA Asia Cup 2021 Qualifiers.
Team Melli will play Zob Ahan on Wednesday and meet Shahrdari Qazvin on Thursday.
Iran basketball team will also play Avijeh Sanat on Saturday.
The third and final window of the FIBA Asia Cup 2021 Qualifiers is scheduled for February 18 to 22 in Doha, Qatar.
Iran will meet Qatar and Saudi Arabia in the competition.
