Iran to Send Two Women to IWF Junior World Weightlifting C’ships
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Elnaz Bajelani and Yekta Jamali will participate at the 2021 IWF Junior World Weightlifting Championships.
The event was originally scheduled to be held in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia but was relocated to Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
Bajelani will take part at the 76kg and Jamali represent Iran at the 71kg weight category.
The Iranian women will participate at the IWF Junior World Weightlifting Championships for the first time ever.
The competition will be held from May 23-31 in Tashkent.
