Iran’s Akbarpour Shortlisted to Officiate at Beach Soccer World Cup
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Ebrahim Akbarpour from Iran has been shortlisted to officiate at the 2021 FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup.
Three other referees from Oman, Japan and Malaysia from Asia have been shortlisted for officiating in the prestigious event.
Iran beach soccer team, who won a bronze medal at the 2017 edition in Bahamas, will be absent in the current edition.
The 2021 FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup will be held in Moscow, Russia from August 19 to 29.
