Zvonimir Soldo Named Tractor Head Coach
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Zvonimir Soldo was named as new head coach of Tractor football team.
Soldo, 54, has penned a two-year deal with the Tabriz-based football club.
He replaced Firouz Karimi, who stepped down last week as head coach of Tractor following poor results in the Iranian top-flight club.
Soldo started his coaching career in 2008 with Dinamo Zagreb and has also worked in FC Köln, Shandong Luneng and Admira Wacker.
Zvonimir Soldo was part of the Croatia national football team who won the bronze medal in the 1998 FIFA World Cup.
