Iran NOC President Salehi Amiri Departs for Tashkent
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Seyed Reza Salehi Amiri, the president of the National Olympic Committee of the Islamic Republic of Iran (NOCIRI), traveled to Tashkent, capital of Uzbekistan to take part at the 77th meeting of the Executive Board of the Olympic Council of Asia.
The participants at the event, slated for Friday, will discuss important issues related to the future of sports in Asia, including the Asian Games Hangzhou 2022, and the Shantou 2021 Asian Youth Games.
The agenda of the meeting also includes a draft presentation of the preparation for the IV Asian Youth Games Tashkent 2025.
The event will be attended by representatives of about 30 countries.
