ISG 2021: Iran Volleyball B Earns Gold
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran volleyball B team won a gold medal in the 2021 Islamic Solidarity Games on Monday.
Iran beat Cameroon 3-1 (25-16, 18-25, 25-23, 25-14) at the Karatay Congress and Sport Center Konya.
Host Turkey also seized the bronze after beating Azerbaijan 3-1.
The 2021 Islamic Solidarity Games are being held in Konya, Turkey, from August 9 to 18, 2022. It is a multinational, multi-sport event that is played between the athletes from the nations of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation.
