Zagreb Open 2023: Iran’s Dadmarz Seizes Gold
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Pouya Dadmarz of Iran claimed a gold medal in the 2023 Zagreb Open Ranking Series event Sunday night.
He defeated Uzbekistan’s Ikhtiyor Botirov 5-3 in the final bout of 55kg.
Dadmarz’s countryman Mohammad Mehdi Javaheri won a bronze medal in the weight category.
The 2023 Grand Prix Zagreb Open is a wrestling event held in Zagreb, Croatia from February 1 to 5.
