Rear Adm. Oleg Gurinov stated during a briefing, "During the day, 12 cases of violations of the deconfliction protocols of December 9, 2019, were recorded, related to flights of unmanned aerial vehicles not coordinated with the Russian side by the so-called 'international anti-terrorist coalition' led by the United States."
He further mentioned that two F-16 fighter jets and an MC-12W reconnaissance jet had encroached upon the airspace in the Al-Tanf area, which serves as a passage for international air routes.
Additionally, two shelling attacks occurred in Syria's Idlib de-escalation zone within the past 24 hours. One attack targeted the Idlib province, while the other took place in the Latakia province, resulting in injuries to a Syrian soldier.
