Golshadnezhad beat China’s Li Gong and also emerged victorious over Emirati Sarah Alameri 3-0 to win the gold medal.
Earlier in the day, Behnam Deghanzade from Iran had claimed a gold medal at the Senior Kumite Male -55kg.
The last edition of the continental championships was held last year in Uzbekistan's Tashkent and gathered all Senior, Cadet, Junior, and U-21 categories.
The event comprises 17 categories in the senior competition and seven categories in the Para-Karate event.
Nearly 400 athletes from 31 countries have registered to participate in the event.
