Iran had previously lost to South Korea 87-44, Philippines 64-60, Chinese Taipei-A 77-58, Japan 59-26 in the tournament.
The women team will travel to Bangkok, Thailand to participate at the 2023 FIBA Women's Asia Cup Division B.
Iran is in Group A along with Indonesia, Malaysia and Mongolia.
