Russian Delegation Investigates Iran’s Capacities in Geological Sector

TEHRAN (Tasnim) – An expert delegation from Russia visited Iran’s geological sector to examine the capacities of the geological and exploration areas of Iran and develop multipurpose cooperation between the Geological Survey of Iran (GSI) and Russia’s “Rosgeo” Holding.

Economy

The experts in the Mineral Analyzing Department of Russia’s “Rosgeo” Company visited the “Razi” Applied Sciences Foundation to examine the technical aspects and dimensions of joint cooperation between researchers of the two countries in various fields of geology.

The Russian delegation will also visit the Geological Survey of Iran and the laboratory equipment of the private sector of the country in the field of geology.

The “Razi” Applied Sciences Foundation is active in providing laboratory and research services in the field of materials engineering and metallurgy.

During the visit, the Russian delegation hailed the achievements of the Geological Survey of Iran in the geological and exploration fields.
