The 57-year-old Brazilian coach has canceled his contract with the Iranian top-flight club.
Neneca was named the goalkeeping coach of Persepolis in June 2022 and helped the team win the Iran league and Hazfi Cup.
He has reportedly been linked with a move to a team in the Persian Gulf region.
Persepolis has parted company with head coach Yahya Golmohammadi in early January.
