The Iranian boxer lost to Russian athlete Alexander Zyryanov in the final of 67 kg.
The tournament was held at the Boxing Center and concluded on March 28. It was attended by teams from Azerbaijan Republic, Uzbekistan, Russia, Poland, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Iran, Italy, Pakistan, and Hungary.
With male boxers competing in 13 weight divisions and female boxers in five, the event attracted 121 athletes.
