The Iran national team, who had narrowly lost to France 63-62 on Friday, is scheduled to face Canada on Sunday in Pool A.
Colombia, Germany, Morocco, and Italy are in Pool B.
The top four teams in the eight-country tournament will qualify for the 2024 Paralympic Games.
The Games will be held in Paris from August 28 to September 8.
