Host Uzbekistan along with Brazil, Spain, Argentina, Portugal and Iran are in Pot 1.
Kazakhstan, Paraguay, Ukraine, Morocco, Thailand and Panama are in Pot 2.
Costa Rica, Guatemala, Venezuela, New Zealand, Cuba and Libya are in Pot 3 and Pot 4 consists of Afghanistan, Angola, Croatia, France, Netherlands and Tajikistan.
The 24 qualifying teams will be drawn into six groups of four teams.
The six group winners, six runners-up and the four best third-placed teams will go into a Round of 16 knockout stage.
The winners go forward to quarter-finals, before sudden death semi-finals and the final.
