Ayatollah Khamenei Condoles Death of Nasrallah’s Mother
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei offered his condolences to Secretary General of the Lebanese Hezbollah resistance movement Seyed Hassan Nasrallah on the loss of his mother.
In a message on Sunday, Ayatollah Khamenei expressed his sincere condolences over the passing of the mother of Seyed Hassan Nasrallah.
The Leader paid tribute to the deceased for raising the “tireless Seyed of resistance”, namely Seyed Hassan Nasrallah.
Ayatollah Khamenei also asked God to bestow His mercy and forgiveness on her, and wished success for Nasrallah and his companions in the “massive front of resistance”.
In a statement on May 25, Hezbollah announced "with deep sorrow and grief" the passing away of Umm Hassan after a long struggle with an illness.
The Lebanese party described Umm Hassan as "a faithful and pure mother who raised and nurtured a devout, striving, and noble family."
