Hezbollah announced early on Monday that Mohammed Hassan Farhat and Ali Mustafa Amro were martyred in fresh Israeli attacks on southern Lebanon.
In two separate statements, Hezbollah identified the deceased fighters as "martyrs on the road to al-Quds," with Farhat, known as “Falah,” hailing from the southern town of Lweizeh and Amro, known as “Abu al-Ahrar,” originating from Muaysara in Mount Lebanon.
On Sunday, the Israeli military reported that its fighter jets targeted a building in the village of Houla in southern Lebanon, resulting in the death of a Hezbollah member.
Additionally, the Israeli regime's army carried out a drone strike in Beit Lif village, killing another Hezbollah fighter.
Since October 7, when Israel commenced its brutal offensive on the Gaza Strip, the Israeli regime has conducted numerous sporadic attacks on southern Lebanon.
In a significant escalation, Israel assassinated Fuad Shukr, a senior Hezbollah military commander and advisor to the movement’s Secretary-General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, in Beirut last Tuesday.
