Speaking to reporters on the sidelines of a meeting with Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei in Tehran on Saturday, the top Iranian general rejected US President Donald Trump’s push for the relocation of Gazans as an “unworkable” plan based on sensational comments.

The ones who have occupied Palestine must leave, the commander said, stressing that the Palestinian nation has its roots in Palestine and will remain in its own territory.

Asked about the Trump administration’s policies against Iran, Major General Baqeri said the enemies have been applying the policy of maximum pressure on Iran for years.

He stated that the Iranian nation stands firmly although the enemies have imposed all types of sanctions against Iran.

Commenting on the Lebanese Hezbollah’s conditions, the general emphasized that the young forces of Hezbollah will definitely grow stronger.
