In a message to Emir of Kuwait Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi congratulated the Arab country on the 63rd anniversary of its independence.

He also expressed hope that cooperation between Iran and Kuwait would grow at the bilateral, regional and international levels in light of joint efforts by the authorities of the two states.

“Iran and Kuwait, two neighbors and friends, have age-old relations and deep-rooted cultural kinship. They have always helped each other throughout time in the face of challenges,” Raisi added.
