TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iranian defense minister voiced his organization’s openness to consider all innovative ideas and defensive plans proposed by the country’s elites.
Addressing a gathering of young elites and managers working in Iran’s aerospace industries, Brigadier General Hossein Dehqan underlined that the defense ministry sees no obstacle to the organization development and enhancement of human resource capacities.
The point is to exploit the available resources in such a way that the maximum results, proportional to the goals, are achieved in short-term and long-term periods, he added.
The minister also warned that enemies have mainly focused on the points that have the greatest influence on strengthening of Iran’s national capabilities.
In recent years, the Islamic Republic of Iran has made great achievements in its defense sector and has attained self-sufficiency in producing essential military equipment and systems.
Tehran has repeatedly assured other nations that its military might poses no threat to other countries, saying that the Islamic Republic’s defense doctrine is entirely based on deterrence.
