According to the Al Manar TV Network, the political developments in Lebanon, were among the issues raised in the meeting between Larijani the Hezbollah chief.
Iran’s ambassador to Lebanon, Mohammad Fathali, was also present in the meeting which was held on Monday.
Earlier, Larijani held talks with his Lebanese counterpart Nabih Berri and Prime Minister Tamam Salam.
The Iranian speaker arrived in Lebanon after visiting Syria on the first leg of his regional tour.
In his visit to Damascus, the top Iranian legislator held separate meetings with Syrian President Bashar al-Assad and parliament Speaker Mohammad Jihad al-Laham.
