Iranian Female Team Crowns at WTF World Cadet Taekwondo Championships
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Defending champion Iran took home the overall female title as it grabbed five gold medals, one silver and one bronze for a total of 83 points.
Russia came second with one gold, three silvers and one bronze for 48 points.
The United States finished in third place with one gold, one silver and one bronze for 37 points.
Korea stood at fourth with one gold and one bronze for 36 points, while Turkey came next with one silver and three bronzes for 33 points.
The competitions brought a total of 465 young male and female taekwondo fighters from 59 countries together.
