Ebrahim Sadeghi Named Saipa Head Coach
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Ebrahim Sadeghi, who was named as Saipa interim coach until the end of the Iran Professional League (IPL) season, will also lead the team in the next season.
On Thursday, the ex-Saipa midfielder was named as Ali Daei’s replacement.
Saipa General Manager Mostafa Modabber on Friday announced that Sadeghi will also head the team in the next season.
Saipa parted company with Daei on Thursday after the ex-Iran forward accused the club of failing to fulfil its financial obligations to the team’s players.
Saipa will host Padideh in Tehran on Sunday.
