Iran’s Saravi Takes Gold at World Wrestling Championships
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Mohammad Hadi Saravi from Iran claimed a gold medal at the 2021 World Wrestling Championships on Saturday.
The 97kg Greco-Roman wrestler seized the gold after beating Hungarian Alex Szoke 3-1 in the final match.
It was Iran’s third medal in the competition.
Mohammad Ali Geraei in 77kg and Pejman Poshtam in 82kg have already won two bronze medals.
