Iran to Send 11 Archers to Asian Archery Championship

TEHRAN (Tasnim) – A total of 11 archers will represent Iran at the 22nd Asian Archery Championship (AAC).

The competition will be held in Dhaka, Bangladesh from November 13 to 19.

Nima Mahboobi, Mohammad Saleh Palizban, Mohammad Madandar, Amir Kazempour, Gisa Baybordi, Raheleh Farsi, and Kosar Khoshnoodikia will compete in compound and Mohammad Hossein Golshani, Arashk Fazel, Reza Shabani, and Mahta Abdollahi will participate in recurve.

A total of 131 archers, 78 men and 53 women, from 17 countries will compete in a week-long meet that will comprise 10 events, according to the AAC website.
