Iran’s Women’s Volleyball Team Registers Third Win over Bulgaria U-20
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran’s women’s volleyball team earned its third successive win over Bulgaria's U-20 volleyball team in a friendly match.
Alessandra Campedelli’s side defeated the Bulgarian team 3-0 (25-20, 25-17, 25-17) on Saturday.
Iran had earlier defeated the Bulgaria U-20 team twice in Sofia, capital of Bulgaria.
Iran is preparing for the 2022 Asian Women's Volleyball Championship, which will be held in the Philippines from August 30 to September 6.
Iran is drawn in Pool A along with the Philippines, Vietnam, China, and South Korea.
Pool B consists of Japan, Thailand, Kazakhstan, Chinese Taipei, and Australia.
