Iran to Play Bangladesh at 2024 AFC Women's Olympic Qualifier Opener

TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran will play Bangladesh at the opening match of the 2024 AFC Women's Olympic Qualifying Tournament on April 5.

Team Melli Banovan will also play the Maldives and Myanmar on April 8 and 11, respectively.

The 2024 AFC Women's Olympic Qualifying Tournament will be the sixth edition of the games, the quadrennial international football competition organized by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) to determine which women's national teams from Asia would qualify for the Olympic football tournament.

The top two teams will qualify for the 2024 Summer Olympics women's football tournament in Paris as the AFC representatives.
