Iran Held by US at IFCPF World Cup
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran was held to a 2-2 draw against the US at the opening match of the International Federation of Cerebral Palsy Football (IFCPF) World Cup.
Iran is drawn in Group C along with the US and Australia.
The men's World Cup takes place from April 27 to May 16, while the women's World Cup is set to take place from May 7 to 18.
Group A consists of England, the Netherlands, Canada and Venezuela.
Brazil, Ireland, Thailand and Germany are in Group B.
The last edition's finalist Ukraine is in Group D with Argentina, Spain and Northern Ireland.
