Iran 6th at 2023 Asian Women’s U-16 Volleyball Championship
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran lost to Kazakhstan 3-1 (18-25, 25-21, 25-19, 25-18) in the 2023 Asian Women’s U-16 Volleyball Championship 5th-6th place on Saturday.
Japan won the title after defeating China 3-1.
The bronze medal went to Chinese Taipei, who beat Thailand 3-0.
Iran lost to Japan, Chinese Taipei and Kazakhstan and defeated Australia, Macau and Uzbekistan in the competition, which was held in Hangzhou, China, from July 1 to 8.
