Iran’s Women’s Sitting Volleyball into 2024 Paralympic Qualification Final
TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran’s women’s sitting volleyball team lost to Ukraine 3-2 (25-20, 20-25, 18-25, 25-13, 15-13) but advanced to the final of the 2024 Paralympic Final Qualification Tournament due to superior set quotient.
Team Melli Banovan is scheduled to meet Slovenia on Wednesday.
Iran has previously lost to the European team 3-0 (25-22, 25-20, 26-24).
The winner will qualify for the 2024 Paralympic Games.
The tournament follows a single round robin format in Dali, China.
